We kindly ask that the Bedroom windows and bedroom doors are not left open during the usage of the air conditioner,
this will incur a cost of $50 USD at each occurrence.

Checking out beyond the stipulated time at the guesthouse of your stay, Kingston Go876 Jamaica reserves the right, without further notice to you. To charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. (Check-out grace period, between 11:00AM-11:15AM).

❌(Smoking 🚬 can be done in parking lot or on balcony if there is one while the door is closed)
✅ Maximum 2 adults and a child is allowed to sleep in our 1 bedroom ( in total)
✅ Maximum 4 adults and 2 children is allowed to sleep in our two bedrooms( in total)
▪️If this is exceeded without prior payment or notification you will be charged.This decision is final .

- Please be reminded that your staying at a home, not a hotel. As such at the beginning of your stay we equip the room with essentials (toilet paper, trash bag etc.)Any additional items you may need you'll be required to purchase for the rest of your stay (depending on length of stay).

-You will not receive daily house cleaning, additional payments have to be made.

-Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply ( has to be made 24 hours before).

Our internet provider is flow or Digicel. Very reputable companies, you can experience slow internet or delayed connection, as with anything in life technological .

The garbage disposal is located beside the security post.

We ensure routine extermination, household pests (such as lizards, mosquitos, cockroaches, flies, ants & mice ) they may still enter the home.🦟🪰There is a fee associated with each missing or damaged item 💵:

Key (10 USD)

Decorative pieces( depends on which item)

Kitchen items (2-45 USD)-depending on the utensil

Burnt items (depends on the item)

Please note the apartment's appearance may slightly differ from pictures because we are always upgrading to make you happy 😊.

»Under special circumstances, only a partial refund may be awarded, wherein no more than 50% of total amount shall be granted( if Guest decides to cancel their reservation after checking in 5-7 hours)

Checking out late is subjected to a fee of 1 nights stay at the then prevailing room rate( can be taken from damage deposit)
