Reservation Rules and Restrictions

Check in Policy:

Normal check in is between 4:00 PM-10:00 PM

N.B. Early check in; a charge of one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate for reservation (confirmation email).

Guests are required to present a valid identification. The guest is required to pay a $150 USD refundable security deposit(if required by the host during your stay). If the guest is not in compliance with these requirements, Go876 Jamaica reserves the right to decline the guest.

Check-out Policy:

11:00AM

Checking out beyond the stipulated time at the guesthouse of your stay, Go876 Jamaica reserves the right, without further notice to you. To charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. (Check-out grace period, between 11:00AM-11:15AM).

Rates are quoted based on check-in date and length of stay shown (confirmation email). Should you depart earlier than the departure date confirmed for any reason, we may impose an early departure fee. (See refund policy on page 2)

Cable and internet Package

Cable Packages; Basic channels. Additional channels surcharges applies.

Internet Packages; Unlimited internet service is provided to all guest at no additional cost.

Cash Payment/card Payment

All guests are required to pay the total cost for their reservation inclusive of tax amount and security deposit(If required).

NO SMOKING

Go876 Jamaica is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all guestrooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the guesthouse. A cleaning fee of $150 USD will be charged to guest who violates the No Smoking Policy including their visitors. (Can be taken from guest(s) security deposit)

Occupancy policy

≈ Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 12 years old at the date of check-in). Only 2 visitors allowed ( please speak to host if you intend to exceed this)

≈ King size bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons. Only 2 visitors allowed ( please speak to host if you intend to exceed this)

Failure to comply with this policy, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation without any reimbursement.

Restrictions

You may not bring/do the following into the guesthouse

≈ Pets

≈ Pillows, linens, or other bedding

≈ Loud noise/Loud Music

≈ Video shoot & parties (Professional photography equipments without permission from the host)

≈ Any Heavy electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and /or cooking purposes (Subjective)

⇒ Go876 Jamaica Reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any guestroom immediately. We may charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action, or for any loss or damage caused to the guestroom, premises or property or to any guest or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.

GO876 Jamaica further reserves the right to ask you to leave the guesthouse, and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the guestroom in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the guest room, the guesthouse premises, the other guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of Go876 Jamaica, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Go876 Jamaica asks that all guest do not rearrange any furniture in the guesthouse without authorization.

We kindly ask that the Bedroom windows and bedroom doors are not left open during the usage of the air conditioner, this will incur a cost of $50 USD at each occurrence. (Can be taken from guest(s) security deposit)

Damage to property

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the guesthouse) during your stay. Go876 Jamaica reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or security deposit and to charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Go876 Jamaica as a result of the aforesaid.

The following amenities are available at an additional cost:

≈ Cleaning service (if the guest stay exceeds seven (7) nights) is free once weekly, additional cleaning are subjected to $20USD fee.

≈ Extra Pillows, towels and bed linens requested before 3 nights after check-in

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

KEY LOSS-This is subjected to a fee of $35 USD

Go876 Jamaica does not assume responsibility for any accidents or personal injury during your stay as a result of your own negligence or that of your visitors. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for its guest and guests are advised to exercise due care while in the guesthouse or while conducting lawful business on the premises.

Cancellation

Your reservation may be cancelled free of charge anytime up to thirty (30) days prior to check-in, Cancellations or modification within thirty (30) days of check in date is 50% of the total cost .

- If a guest decides to cancel their reservation after checking in on the said day ( we reserve the right to charge the guest a cleaning fee if the guest house is in any way shape or form messed up or not in its original state at the time of entering the property)

Refund Policy --If the guest does not amend their reservation within 24 hours after their check in date, no refund shall be granted.-- Under special circumstances, only a partial refund maybe awarded, wherein no more than 50% of total amount shall be granted.

Please be reminded that you are not staying at a home, not a hotel. As such at the beginning of your stay we equipt the room with essentials. Any additional items you may need you’ll be required to purchase for the rest of your stay(depending on the length of stay).

We do not assume the responsibility for any items that have been left after you have checked out, we will however try our best to locate your items.
